Rwanda stands as a prominent global source of the 3Ts—Tin (Cassiterite), Tantalum (Coltan), and Tungsten (Wolframite)—in addition to expanding gold operations. The Government of Rwanda, through the Rwanda Mines, Petroleum and Gas Board (RMB), is actively driving a modernization agenda. The focus has decisively shifted from exporting raw ores to maximizing domestic value-addition.
To achieve this, local mine operators and international joint ventures require high-efficiency, robust ore dressing equipment designed for complex geologies, high clay contents, and environmentally sustainable water management protocols.
Our systems address the exact needs of Rwandan miners: robust design for mountainous terrains, maximum water recycling capabilities for sustainable mining, and optimized gravity and magnetic separation configurations to achieve export-grade concentrates.
Highly engineered systems optimized for high-yield mineral recovery in Rwanda's cassiterite, coltan, and gold concessions.
Rwandan mining sites often operate off-grid or face grid fluctuations. Our machinery line features dual-power (diesel-electric) drive systems, allowing remote mineral wash plants to function with high fuel economy and minimal downtime.
With strict environmental regulations in Rwanda's river basins, our spiral classifiers and thickeners minimize raw water consumption. Closed-circuit water loop systems enable 85% water recovery in ore washing.
The "Land of a Thousand Hills" poses logistics and site layout hurdles. We supply skid-mounted and mobile crushing/screening setups that require minimal civil engineering and can be deployed rapidly in steep landscapes.
Henan Ascend Machinery operates with a digitalized manufacturing blueprint (Factory 4.0). From automated laser cutting to robotic welding and CNC precision machining, we ensure every structural frame, jaw plate, and magnetic drum exceeds international wear resistance standards.
Our global supply chain logistics map provides direct, secure shipping corridors from Zhengzhou to Rwanda via key transit ports like Dar es Salaam and Mombasa. This minimizes import times, protects equipment integrity, and ensures critical spare parts reach your site promptly.
Ascend has developed steadily since its establishment. Its business covers more than 130 countries and regions around the world, especially in Africa and Southeast Asia. Our machinery quality and after-sales service have won widespread praise from international customers.
Engineered for durability, high reduction ratios, and easy site maintenance.
Our impact crusher is a secondary crushing system designed to use impact energy to break materials. It features easy maintenance, high reduction ratios, and high efficiency to produce cubic shape products. Built with three crushing chambers, a seamlessly connected rotor, and highly wear-resistant blow bars, it operates reliably under complex conditions.
It also features tooth-type liners, gradient-designed bearing seats, dynamic frames with hydraulic start-up systems. These machines are optimal for various reduction stages—from primary crushing of raw run-of-mine ore to final product sizing in regional operations.

Technical answers to your core operational and machinery selection questions.
For alluvial or pegmatite-hosted Coltan and Cassiterite, gravity separation using Shaking Tables (6-S models) and Spiral Classifiers is highly efficient. Shaking tables provide clean separations between target heavy minerals and lighter quartz/pegmatite gangue. For fine particle recovery, Knelson Centrifugal Concentrators are recommended to capture values that traditional sluices bypass.
We manufacture a comprehensive line of diesel-engine driven equipment, including diesel jaw crushers, hammer crushers, and diesel-powered wet pan mills. This allows operators to run key crushing and grinding stages without reliance on the national electric grid, reducing initial capital expenditures and ensuring consistent operational runtime.
Our process engineering division provides end-to-end flowsheet design. You can submit mineral samples for assaying, and we will model the crushing, grinding, sizing, and concentration stages. We deliver detailed CAD drawings, equipment specifications, and expected mass-balance reports to ensure your plant is optimized for recovery from day one.
Equipment is securely packed at our Zhengzhou factory and shipped via Qingdao or Shanghai ports. Transit is routed to East African ports (Mombasa or Dar es Salaam). From there, cargo is transported by road via the Northern or Central corridor directly to Kigali or regional mining hubs. Average transit times range from 45 to 60 days.
